Who we are
NoteSheet 360 is developed and operated by Chaim Peleg. For any privacy matter: info@notesheet360.com.
What stays on your device only
- The sheet-music library you upload, including booklets and scans.
- Markings, notes, page names, set lists and bookmarks.
- Recordings you made, and audio/video files you attached to a song.
- Preferences: instrument, key, note size, language, display mode.
None of this reaches us. Deleting the app removes it from the device.
What is sent — and when

Its only purpose: knowing how many installations are active and on which versions, so we can prioritise fixes. |
Permissions the app requests

The app has no location tracking, does not read your contacts, and has no access to files beyond what you chose to import.
Children
The app is intended for musicians and teachers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has used it and data was transmitted, contact us and it will be deleted.
Retention and deletion

Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and its regulations, including Amendment 13, you have the following rights:
- Access — receive a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction — correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Deletion — ask us to delete the information.
- Objection — ask us to stop a particular use of the information.
To exercise them: info@notesheet360.com. We respond within 30 days. Note that the ping carries a hash of a random identifier rather than the identifier itself — so to locate a record we will need you to provide the identifier from within the app.
Who is responsible for the data: Chaim Peleg, Israel. We do not transfer data to third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not sell data.
Security
Communication with our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Inside the rehearsal's local network, syncing between tablets never leaves the network.
Copyright in sheet music
The app is a display tool. Responsibility for the rights in the sheet music you upload is yours — full details in the Terms of Use, and the removal procedure on the Copyright page.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when needed, and the date above will change accordingly.
